The Maintenance Analyst collects, monitors, audits, evaluates, and analyzes Maximo & IMDS maintenance data.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Routinely audit source data for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes and procedures. Collect and maintain data for use in analysis reports, studies, and problem identification. Use statistical techniques, interpret findings from
data, identify trends and significant deviations, and recommend corrective action(s). Analyze deficiencies in areas such as equipment performance, material consumption, scheduling, management, and resources; their impact on the maintenance mission; and results
of corrective actions. Prepare visual media for analysis studies. Prepare written reports and special studies, and present recommendations and briefings to senior managers.
Control, manage, operate, and maintain Maximo & IMDS data systems. Coordinate, develop, and schedule MAXIMO & IMDS products, retrievals, and other programs. Identify problems, recommend, and apply corrective actions related to Maximo & IMDS operation and
maintenance. Identify and report database problems and issues. Coordinate with appropriate information management / processing centers to ensure automated systems capability and compatibility with customer requirements is met.

This position requires an Associate’s Degree or equivalent formal training with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the operations and maintenance of electronic systems, radar systems or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
The candidate will be highly skilled in the use of PC and PC-based business applications software such as Microsoft Office, Livelink, and IBM Maximo; ability to use the internet and other commonly used electronic communication tools for research. The Maintenance
Analyst will have good command of proper English grammar, usage, spelling and punctuation along with modern business office procedures and business correspondence. The Maintenance Analyst should be highly skilled in personnel management, task management,
conflict resolution, and mentorship.
This position requires familiarity with military training ranges and methods used for aircrew training. The Maintenance Analyst must have the technical skills necessary to develop an understanding of electronic systems and subassemblies. A thorough knowledge
of Air Force communications/electronics maintenance standards and practices is imperative in this position.
Mandatory knowledge of maintenance and operations organization management and procedures applying to communications-electronics, radar systems, or related equipment; applied statistical, analytical data systems design procedures; Maximo, IMDS or MIS and desktop
computer operation and use; and concepts and application of directives.
The Maintenance Analyst must have the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to establish and maintain successful work relationships with those contacted in the performance of this position. Ability to report and draw conclusions
from the review of multiple and various data sources in the area of maintenance management. Experience with Oracle SQL from an analytical perspective is preferred. The Maintenance Analyst must have the ability to understand direction, supervision and evaluation
factors for the work of all levels of employees. The Maintenance Analyst must have the ability to meet deadlines; work in a team environment; and to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged sitting or standing in an electronic maintenance environment and in an office based operations setting while using the computer and the telephone, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities
for communication, constant mental alertness. Ability to visit and monitor work performed at remote equipment locations which involves exposure to extreme outdoor weather conditions periods; work on uneven surfaces and varying types of outdoor terrain. The
noise level on the Ranges varies from quiet to moderately noisy.
Licenses or Certifications Required:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Have a valid NV state issued driver’s license.
